Any purchases of digital products are handled exclusively through Tebex (jim-g.tebex.io) and are subject to Tebex's own Terms of Service and refund policies.

4. Support & Tickets
Support is provided via the Jim G Discord server at the discretion of Jim G and staff. Support covers installation and configuration queries for purchased Products. Jim G does not guarantee response times or specific resolutions. Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward staff members will result in immediate removal from the server and forfeiture of any support entitlement.

This website contains links to third-party services including Discord, Tebex, YouTube, and GitHub. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Jim G is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
6. Tools & Website Features
