🏆 CVG Grading & Condition System

• Condition Values: Every card ranges from 1 to 100.
• Wear & Tear: Viewing a card outside of a protector reduces its condition by 2% each time.
• Preservation: Stop condition loss by storing cards in a Card Book or a Grading Case.
• Professional Grading: Slab your cards at the Grading Ped to lock their condition, receive a unique serial number, and freeze their value forever.

💾 Collection Storage

• Tradeable Binders: Hand a themed card book to another player — the full collection loads instantly.
• MySQL-Backed Binders & Deck Boxes: Card slots stored in MySQL via oxmysql (table auto-creates on start).
• Portable Metadata: Individual cards and CVG slabs keep all data in inventory metadata when traded or gifted.

✨ Rarity & Visual Effects

Chase 7 rarity types (Normal, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Holo, and OriginalArt) featuring 11 custom visual effects, including:

• Cosmos, Radiant, and Trainer Gallery Holofoils.
• High-Tiers like VMax, VStar, and P_V.
• Specialty styles like Rainbow Rare, Secret Rare, and Shiny Vault.
